JACK TAYLOR

My passion is helping my clients find the version of themselves that is more confident, happier, mentally clearer, and able to take on all of the challenges life throws at them. As a fitness professional, I started at the bottom and worked my way up to a fitness coach and competitive bodybuilder. I discovered my life's goal was to help train others to be the best version of themselves.

My background is in training both men and women who are just getting back into the gym. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Pre and Post-Natal Coach, I understand exactly what it takes to develop a program specific to your health and fitness goals. Coupled with my experience competing in bodybuilding, I also know how to coach to bulk up.

JTF workout program will be tailored to your goals, gym experience and preferences. You will have a training system proven to build an incredible physique in record time. Exactly how to perform each exercise is explained in video demonstrations that you can access on your mobile device. This allows you to be confident while performing each exercise.

Whether you are training at your local gym or in the comfort of your own home, I can design a program to suit your needs.

Your
JTF workout program will be updated on a monthly basis to ensure you are being challenged and pushing your body to achieve your goals. This will keep your training regime exciting and help to keep you motivated and on track with your fitness program.

CUSTOMISED MEAL PLANS

Meal plans do not have to be boring and tasteless!

Let me know what your food preferences are, or any allergies, and I will make sure you receive a meal plan that you love and can stick to. With my experience and knowledge, I will design your
JTF meal plan with delicious recipes so that you never get bored of eating the same foods on a daily basis again.

I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex and time-consuming, so leave that up to me. All you need to do is trust in the process, stay consistent, and you will get the results.

I provide a shopping list so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket, as well as all the recipes, and all conveniently accessible anytime on your mobile device.

Your
JTF meal plan is completely customised to your individual needs, so you will gain the full benefits of your gym sessions.

Remember, training in the gym is important BUT fuelling your body with the right foods is the game changer! Don’t sabotage your goals by not focussing on your nutrition.
